Alright, so here is the track listing for my best of 2009 mp3cd, called “Some Things Stay the Same.” Keep in mind that these are not necessarily all albums that came out in 2009, but rather albums that became part of MY collection in 2009.
If you’re on my “Nice” list, I’ll be sending you a copy of this beauty sometime next week. If you’re on my “Naughty” list…well, most of this can be found on iTunes.
My list is limited to 700MB because of the disc, so honorable mentions that did not make the list include new records by Jay-Z, Muse, Lyle Lovett, Ohbijou, Jay Sean, Adam Lambert, Jeremy Enigk, Death Cab for Cutie, Monsters of Folk, Rihanna, Jack’s Mannequin, M. Ward, Fields, and Deb Talan.
I’ll try to post my Top Ten Favorite albums of 2009 later today (maybe). Now go buy some new music.
