by “supernatural ministry”, i guess i mean the more charismatic faith… thoughts? and by “religion of christianity”, i am asking religion vs. relationship. and by relationship, i mean “hanging out with Jesus”… again, thoughts?

So, my thoughts on the “more charismatic faith” tend to sound like this. Conservative churches should be more charismatic, and Charismatic churches should be more conservative. The pendulum needs to settle in the middle. When we prioritize “supernatural ministry” to the point where it is the sole focus of our church we fail just as clearly as we do when we minimize “supernatural ministry to the point where it is nonexistant. Does that make sense?

As for “religion vs. relationship” that sounds like a debate concocted by Christian book publishers and trendy pastors to give their followers something to feel smug about. Religion is a part of discipleship. So is relationship. Think of it as a pendulum. See what I’m getting at?

As for “hanging out with Jesus” I suppose it’s fine as long as each of you agree on what shows you want to watch.

What can I tell you?
